Easy Fantasy Fudge

  1. Microwave: Lightly grease 13x9-inch or 9-inch square pan.
  2. Microwave margarine in 4-quart microwavable bowl or casserole on HIGH 1 minute oruntil melted.
  3. Add sugar and milk; mix well.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes.
  5. Mix well; scrape bowl.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 5-1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
  7. Gradually stir in chips until melted.
  8. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  9. Pour into prepared pan.
  10. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
  11. Top of Stove: Prepare pan as directed above.
  12. Mix margarine, sugar, and milk in heavy 2-1/2 to 3-quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  13. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  14. Remove from heat.
  15. Gradually stir in chips until melted.
  16. Add remaining ingredients; mixwell.
  17. Pour into prepared pan.
  18. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
