A.1. Sriracha Compound Butter

  1. Beat ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until well blended and fluffy.
  2. Spread onto parchment paper to form a log.
  3. Roll up tightly, starting at long end, shaping into a 12-inch-long log (or 6-inch-long log for trial recipe).
  4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  7. Serve on top of grilled meats or hot cooked vegetables.
