A.1. Sriracha Compound Butter
- 2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Beat ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until well blended and fluffy.
- Spread onto parchment paper to form a log.
- Roll up tightly, starting at long end, shaping into a 12-inch-long log (or 6-inch-long log for trial recipe).
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- Serve on top of grilled meats or hot cooked vegetables.
