Chocolate-Covered Peanut Crisp Bars

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. Microwave brown sugar, corn syrup, 2 Tbsp.
  3. peanut butter and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  4. or just until melted, stirring after 1 min.
  5. Add cereal; mix to coat well.
  6. Press firmly into prepared pan.
  7. TOPPING Microwave chocolate and 1/3 cup peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until melted, stirring after 1 min.
  9. Spread over cereal mixture in pan.
  10. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  11. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  12. Cut into 16 squares; cut squares in half into triangles.
  13. Store tightly covered in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve or up to 4 days.
