Sourdough Pancakes #3

• 2 cups active starter
• 2 cups unbleached flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 large eggs, Well Beaten
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• bacon fat (2 - 3 T)

1. Mix well and cook on hot griddle.
2. Note: This is good recipe for camping.
3. Instead of fresh eggs, you can use 1 T Powdered eggs.
