Chocolate Truffle Cups
- 2 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. milk, divided
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product, divided
- 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Microwave white chocolate and 1 Tbsp.
- of the milk in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add 2 Tbsp.
- of the cream cheese product; stir until melted.
- Repeat using semi-sweet chocolate, remaining 2 Tbsp.
- milk and remaining 2 Tbsp.
- cream cheese.
- Spoon chocolate mixtures, side by side, evenly into two dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate at least 15 min.
- before serving.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
