Salisbury Steak With Mushroom Gravy Recipe

• 1 pound grnd round steak or possibly grnd beef
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp. fat or possibly vegetable oil
• Mushroom gravy (below)

1. Combine meat, pepper and salt.
2. Shape into 3 or possibly 4 plump oval patties.
3. Pan fry in warm fat in a skillet or possibly broil 4-6 min on each side.
4. Serve with mushroom gravy.
