Venison Sausage Cheese Balls Recipe
- 1/2 pound venison sausage, either all warm or possibly half warm and half mild
- 1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- Combine sausage, cheese and Bisquick mix; push together with fingertips till dough forms a ball.
- Healthy pinch off pcs and roll into marble-size balls.
- Arrange one inch apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bottoms are golden.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
