Surprisingly Sweet Black Pepper Stir-Fried Sweet Potatoes
- 1 large Sweet potato
- 2 taplespoons Olive oil
- 1 less than 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- Cut the sweet potatoes diagonally into 1.5 cm slices, then cut them into strips.
- Soak in water, then drain.
- Put the well-strained sweet potatoes and olive oil in a pan and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and turn on the heat.
- When you hear steaming rising, turn down the heat and steam-fry for about 7~10 minutes.
- When cooked through, take the lid off and stir-fry until crispy.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix briefly, then it's done.
