Wasabi Mayo Chicken Breast With a Mountain of Fresh Veggies
- 1 packages Your favorite bagged salad (I used coleslaw)
- 1 large cut Chicken breast
- 1 rounded tablespoon Olive oil (for marinating)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 heaping tablespoon Katakuriko
- 1 rounded tablespoon Olive oil (for stir frying)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Dashi soy sauce
- 6 cm Wasabi
- Marinate the chicken breast meat cut into large bite-sized chunks with 1 rounded tablespoon olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Coat in 1 rounded tablespoon katakuriko, and fry until golden brown in a frying pan coated with olive oil.
- Add the chicken to the mixed seasoning ingredients, and lightly mix.
- Arrange the bagged salad onto a plate, and lay the chicken with the sauce.
