Teriyaki Grilling Sauce

  1. Put soy in small bowl.
  2. Whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic, and onion.
  3. Add molasses and stir well.
  4. Add oil and mix well.
  5. Add meat and stir or mix to cover meat with marinade.
  6. Cover and refrigerate.
  7. Marinate shrimp 4-6 hours, other meats 4-24 hours, shaking or stirring four or more times to distribute marinade.
  8. Grill or broil meat as desired.
