Spicy Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Cucumber-Green Onion Relish

  1. Combine first seven ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Brush with the glaze during the last 1 minute of cooking.
  7. Combine cucumber, onion, vinegar and oil in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Let sit 30 minutes.
