Liz's Peach Cobbler Recipe
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. peaches (if canned, liquid removed well)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Heat butter in baking dish.
- Arrange peaches proportionately in bottom of dish.
- Sift flour, salt and baking soda together.
- Mix sugar with lowfat milk and add in flour mix.
- Pour batter over peaches.
- A dash of cinnamon may be added if you like.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
