Arroz Guatemalteco Recipe

  1. Saute/fry rice in oil, till rice has absorbed the oil but has not changed color.
  2. Add in vegetable, salt and pepper, and 4 c. of stock.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer till liquid has been absorbed about twenty min.
