Blue Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burgers
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cups Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 6 dashes Worcestershire
- Kosher Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
- 8 ounces, weight Blue Cheese
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- Your Favorite Burger Fixings, Such As Cheddar Cheese, Avocado, Red Onion, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickles, Ketchup And Mustard

- In a large bowl and with clean hands, combine the turkey, parsley, onion, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.

- Form 6 burgers with the meat mixture.
- 3.
- Divide the cheese between the burgers.
- 4.
- Push the cheese into the center of the patty and then fold the meat back over the cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 5.
- Preheat the BBQ to medium heat.
- 6.
- Grill the burgers until cooked through, about 6 minutes on each side.
- 7.
- Place the burgers on the buns, and pile on the cheddar, avocado, onion and lettuce.
- 8.
- Serve hot!
