Roasted Chayote with Bacon

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss chayotes with dressing; spread onto 2 foil-covered rimmed baking sheets.
  3. Bake 40 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve topped with bacon and parsley.
