Roka Blue Cheese Pasta
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of parmasan cheese
- Roka blue cheese (Kraft) dressing {of your choice}
- 1 box pasta of choice
- 1 cup (225 ml) bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) or more olive oil
- parsley flakes
- Boil water and cook pasta.
- Meanwhile, in a decent size bowl combine butter, Parmesan cheese, Roka blue cheese, and parsley flakes.
- Drain pasta, place pasta in bowl with mixture, mix and place in baking dish.
- Place bread crumbs into another smaller bowl, add parsley flakes with olive oil and combine (helps topping brown).
- Spread crumb mixture on top of pasta.
- Bake in 350 degree (175 C.) oven for 7 minutes then broil until brown.
