Veal Chops With Ginger Glaze Recipe

  1. Sprinkle the chops on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add in chops.
  4. Brown on both sides, turning once; about 5 min each side, over medium heat.
  5. Add in garlic, bay leaves, thyme.
  6. Cook 3 min.
  7. Pour vinegar around the chops.
  8. Turn heat to high.
  9. Add in broth, cover and cook for about 20 min.
