Asparagus Dip Recipe

  1. Beat cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise till smooth.
  2. Drain asparagus (reserve 1/4 c. asparagus liquid).
  3. Chop asparagus, add in to cream cheese mix with reserved liquid, curry pwdr, dry soup mix, lemon juice, parsley and mustard, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serves 6.
  6. Serve with crackers or possibly vegetable crudites at your next dinner party.
