Gourmet Crab Ring

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften; stir over hot water until dissolved.
  2. Beat into cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in next 5 ingredients and 2 tablespoons parsley.
  4. Pour into a 3-cup ring mold.
  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. To serve, turn out on plate.
  7. Garnish with remaining parsley.
  8. Place parsley sprigs in center.
  9. Serve on Escort crackers.
  10. Makes 3 cups spread.
