Creamy Salsa Verde Fish Burgers

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients for Salsa Verde Mayonnaise and set aside.
  2. Cook fish in an oiled frying pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked.
  3. Rest.
  4. Place salad onto base of buns, top with a piece of fish and drizzle with Salsa Verde Mayonnaise.
  5. Serve.
