Creamy Salsa Verde Fish Burgers
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green olives
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
- 2 teaspoons capers, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped gherkins
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 x 150g firm white fish fillets
- 4 bread rolls, split and toasted
- salad, to serve (e.g. lettuce, cucumber and tomato)
- Combine the first 8 ingredients for Salsa Verde Mayonnaise and set aside.
- Cook fish in an oiled frying pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked.
- Rest.
- Place salad onto base of buns, top with a piece of fish and drizzle with Salsa Verde Mayonnaise.
- Serve.
