Baked Yogourt

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour into a shallow ovenproof glass baking dish.
  4. Reduce oven temp to 160 C and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from oven and cool.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
  7. Serve with fruit or granola.
  8. Great from breakfast or as a dessert.
