Bimby's Favorite Quiche - Spinach-Onion Quiche

  1. Cook spinach as per directions on package.
  2. In a large bowl grate cheese.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs.
  4. Open hot spinach and add to cheese/egg mixture.
  5. Stir gently.
  6. Fold in onions.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) in a preheated oven, until brown.
  8. Servings depend on size of slices.
