Easy Bacon, Cheese & Spinach Dip

  1. Thaw and drain spinach.
  2. cut velveeta and cream cheese into cubes.
  3. cook bacon crisp.
  4. combine all ingredients as well as the rotel (undrained) in a microwave safe bowl.
  5. Heat on high 3 mins and then stir.
  6. Heat an additional 2 mins or until melted.
  7. You can serve right away or place in a crockpot on low to keep warm.
