Barbecued Lamb On Skewers Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate lamb cubes for 2 hrs in covered bowl.
  2. Drain lamb, reserving marinade for basting during barbecuing.
  3. Skewer lamb; you should have sufficient for two skewers per serving.
  4. Barbecue till browned, but still juicy.
  5. Overcooking will dull flavors.
  6. Serve with nang
  7. (Moslem bread) or possibly shao bing (baked sesame rolls).
  8. Serves 4
