Ramoncita Lopez Special

• 2 ounces light rum
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 egg white
• Lime wedge for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the rum, simple syrup, lime juice and an egg white.
3. Shake until frothy.
4. Strain the drink into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
