Banana Oatmeal Bread - ABM

• 1/4 cup water
• 1 extra large eggs
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 cup bananas mashed very ripe
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 4 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
• 1 cup oats, quick cooking
• 2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 13 cup oats, steel-cut *
• 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry

1. ***Soak oats in 13 cup boiling water until the mixture is at room temperature.
2. Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested by manufacturer and program for basic bread.
