Festive Apple Dip

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 12 cup creamy peanut butter
• 13 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 12 cup miniature marshmallow
• 11 34 ounces chocolate fudge topping
• 2 tablespoons chopped mixed nuts or 2 tablespoons peanuts
• 3 medium red apples or 3 medium green apples, cut into wedges
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Stir in marshmallows.
3. Spoon half into a 3-cup bowl and spread with half of the hot fudge topping.
4. Repeat layers.
5. Sprinkle with nuts.
6. Toss the apples with lemon juice.
7. Serve immediately with dip.
