Chicken Tender Rolls with Plum and Shiso in the Microwave
- 4 Chicken tenders
- 2 to 3 Umeboshi
- 3 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 Pepper
- Butterfly the chicken tenders and roll flat.
- Season with pepper, and then mash the umemoshi as you spread it on the chicken.
- Top with the shiso leaves.
- Roll the chicken up tightly, then wrap with plastic wrap.
- Microwave it at 500 W for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove it from the microwave and let it warm through to the middle by residual heat.
- Leave it for a while, then slice it and transfer to a serving plate to finish.
- It's nice with some yuzu or sesame sprinkled on.
