Taco Soup
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 15 ounces red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces white beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces corn, rinsed and drained
- 2 12 cups water
- 10 ounces Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 14 12 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 2 12 cups water
- 1 ounce ranch dip
- 1 ounce taco seasoning (you may want to use half a packet so it isn't as spicy)
- chips
- sour cream
- cheese, shredded
- Throw all ingredients in a crock pot on low setting for 8 hours.
- When finished, top with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, and chips.
