Baked Chicken Alfredo Ziti

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375AF
  2. Heat Olive oil in saute pan on medium heat.
  3. Add garlic for and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle flour into saute pan.
  5. Cook for additional minute and stir occasionally.
  6. Slowly add chicken broth and whisk until smooth.
  7. Whisk in milk and bring to a simmer.
  8. Let cook until thickened.
  9. Add parmeasan cheese, pepper, and salt until cheese is melted.
  10. Set aside.
  11. Cook pasta until tender in large pot.
  12. Drain.
  13. Return pasta to pot and add cooked chicken and alfredo sauce.
  14. Pour half pasta into baking dish and cover with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  15. Add the other half and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  16. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese on top is beginning o golden.
