Once baked sweet & white potatoes
- 2 large white potatoes
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 1/4 packages cream cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 brown sugar to taste
- 2 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 dash garlic powder
- Prick the potatoes with a knife microwave for 6 mins on high
- Flip potatoes, microwave for another 6 mins
- Cut in half diagonally and scoop out insides carefully.
- Don't break skins ( I used a small ice cream scoop)
- Dump insides into separate bowl and add all seasonings cream cheese and butter mash to combine
- Place potato skins on lined cookie sheet
- Spoon or pipe filling back into skins.
- Bake 375 for 20-25 mins or until tops just begin to brown
- **Optional sprinkle plain panko on top before baking
