Once baked sweet & white potatoes

  1. Prick the potatoes with a knife microwave for 6 mins on high
  2. Flip potatoes, microwave for another 6 mins
  3. Cut in half diagonally and scoop out insides carefully.
  4. Don't break skins ( I used a small ice cream scoop)
  5. Dump insides into separate bowl and add all seasonings cream cheese and butter mash to combine
  6. Place potato skins on lined cookie sheet
  7. Spoon or pipe filling back into skins.
  8. Bake 375 for 20-25 mins or until tops just begin to brown
  9. **Optional sprinkle plain panko on top before baking
