Baby Food Snack Milky Kabocha Squash Jello
- 100 grams Kabocha squash
- 200 ml Baby formula
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- Completely dissolve the gelatin powder in 50 ml of hot water.
- Remove the skin from the kabocha and cut into pieces.
- Microwave to soften (I microwaved at 600 W for 3 minutes)
- Mash the kabocha in a blender or pass through a strainer.
- Combine the formula, Step 1, and Step 3 in a bowl and place over a bowl of ice water.
- Mix with a whisk.
- When the mixture has become cooled and thick, pour into a container and chill it in the refrigerator so that it hardens.
- This hardness is perfect for babies who are in the middle of eating solids.
