Thai Fried Noodles Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add in garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, till golden brown.
  2. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice and sugar till sugar has dissolved.
  3. Quickly stir in Large eggs and cook for a few seconds.
  4. Stir in noodles to coat with garlic and egg, then add in shrimps, 3/4 of the bean sprouts and half of the green onions.
  5. When noodles are tender, transfer contents of wok to a warmed serving dish.
  6. Garnish with remaining bean sprouts and green onions, dry shrimp, peanuts, cilantro leaves and lime slices.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
