Thai Style Beef

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a high heat and cook onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add cumin, chilli and rind and cook for a further minute.
  3. Add beef and stir fry until browned.
  4. Stir in coconut milk, peanut butter, Vegemite* and spring onions and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  5. Stir in coriander and serve immediately with steamed rice.
