Poblano Burger

  1. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  2. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  3. Top with 1/4 cup (1 oz.)
  4. cheese.
  5. Grill 30 sec.
  6. or until cheese begins to melt.
  7. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  8. steak sauce onto bottom half of bun; top with cheeseburger, 2 onion slices, 3 Tbsp.
  9. peppers and 1 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining steak sauce.
  11. Cover with top of bun.
