Beef Barley Soup

  1. In a large stockpot, combine water, tomato sauce, dried soup mix, bouillon cube, carrot, potato, celery and seasonings; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for about 1 hout.
  3. Add beef.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes longer.
