Hotdog and cabbage Okazu

  1. Coarsely shred the cabbage.
  2. Add salt, mix well, and set aside, at least 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the hotdogs, saute in oil, till warmed throughout.
  4. Add cabbage saute for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Mix the vinegar, ketchup, mustard and onion powder.
  6. Mix the sauce and hotdogs and cabbage.
  7. Saute for 3 minutes stirring constantly
  8. Serve hope you enjoy!
  9. If you can't find Chinese black vinegar substitute with balsamic vinegar.
  10. If you can get the black vinegar its worth it!
