Arrowroot Jelly Recipe

• 3 Tbsp. arrowroot pwdr
• 1 c. water

1. Place the arrowroot pwdr in a saucepan.
2. Slowly fold in the water, till smooth.
3. Stir over high heat till the jelly boils & clears.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Use after cooling a few min, or possibly store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
6. If it starts to separate, boil again.
