Coconut rice

  1. Rinse the rice in cold water and drain well.
  2. Place in a saucepan with the water, coconut milk and salt.
  3. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Fluff with a fork before serving.
