Turkey Jambalaya

  1. Cook and stir celery, green pepper, onion and chorizo in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until chorizo is cooked through.
  2. Add tomatoes with their liquid, the water, turkey and seasoning; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  6. Simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  9. Mix lightly before serving.
