Empanadillas de atun// Tuna patties
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper (small)
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 can tuna
- 16 medium patties
- 1 olive oil
- 1 (optional) 1 egg
- 3 small tomatoes ( ripped)
- Chop the onion and peppers.
- Put some olive oil into a pan and heat it.
- Add the onion and the peppers and cook until onion is brown.
- Add paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add the tuna to mixture.
- Add tomato too.
- Cook for 10 more minutes.
- Get it out of the fire and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Using a spoon, stuff all patties.
- Preheat oven to 210 Celsius.
- optional: beat 1 egg and paint each patty with it.
- When the oven reaches 210C, put the patties in and cook them for 15 minutes.
