Make Your Own Okonomiyaki Sauce

• 2 parts BBQ sauce
• 1 part Ketchup
• 1 part Soy sauce
• 1/2 parts Oyster sauce

1. Here is the assortment of sauces I could find in New Zealand.
2. From left to right: BBQ sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
3. Mix together using the proportions listed.
4. This way, you can spread it generously over your okonomiyaki.
