Apricot And Pear Crunch Crumble Recipe
- 1 lb apricots
- 1/2 lb pears
- 2 ounce soft brown sugar
- 4 ounce 85 per cent wholemeal flour
- 2 ounce butter or possibly margarine
- 4 ounce flaked almonds
- 1.
- Halve apricots, remove stones and place in a baking dish.

- Add in the pears, peeled and thickly cut.
- Sprinkle a little sugar on top
- (optional).

- To make the crunch crumble topping, place the flour in a bowl, add in butter or possibly margarine, and rub into flour till the mix resembles breadcrumbs.
- 4.
- Add in sugar and almonds, mix well together, and spoon over the fruit.
- 5.
- Bake at 375 F/190 C/gas mark 5 for 20-25 min till golden brown.
- Serve with Greek yogurt.
