Italian Crispy Parmesan Chicken
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- into shallow dish.
- Add bread crumbs, Parmesan and garlic powder; mix well.
- Set aside.
- Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture into separate shallow dish.
- Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, in plain cream cheese mixture, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of chicken breast.
- Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
