Filipino pizza
- 1 one pizza dough
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup dried squid dried and pounded to small pieces
- 100 grams pork belly thinly sliced and fried
- 1 cup pork crackle pounded to small pieces
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese grated 100 grams for base 100 grams for final topping
- 1/2 cup lechon sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 sachet magic sarup
- 200 grams sliced ham into small pieces
- after making pizza dough which is easy to find on here, roll out to fit large size pizza tray.
- spread chilli sauce over base evenly up to the edges
- put half grated cheese on top of chilli sauce.
- spread over sliced pork belly
- mushrooms
- sliced ham
- dried squid
- magic sarup
- pour lechon sauce over the top evenly.
- put pork crackle on top
- and lastly put rest of cheese on top
- and bake in a pre warmed oven of 200 c for 15 minutes
