Diet-Friendly Egg and Tofu with Shio-konbu

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and mix until even.
  2. Smooth the surface and cover the bowl in plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600 W.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes then it's done.
  5. Enjoy it freshly made.
