Diet-Friendly Egg and Tofu with Shio-konbu
- 1 block Silken tofu
- 1/2 Egg (Refer to Helpful Hints)
- 3 handfuls Shio-kombu
- Combine all of the ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and mix until even.
- Smooth the surface and cover the bowl in plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600 W.
- Let sit for 5 minutes then it's done.
- Enjoy it freshly made.
