Alyssa Milano's Rolled Lasagna Recipe

• 1 pkt lasagna noodles, cooked according to package, directions
• 1 c. cooked ham, minced
• 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
• 1 c. spinach, cooked and minced
• 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 16 ounce spaghetti sauce

1. Drain lasagna noodles.
2. Combine ham, spinach and both cheese in bowl.
3. Spread the mix on the lasagna and roll it up.
4. Set in a baking dish and pour spaghetti sauce over it.
5. Bake for 20 min.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if you like.
7. Serves 6.
