Best-Ever Chili

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
  3. Add meat and chili powder; cook 10 min.
  4. or until meat is done, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, beans and salsa.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
