Dressy Fruit Salad
- 12 lettuce leaves
- 3 small apples, cored, quartered, and cut bite size
- 6 small bananas, sliced (2 pounds)
- 3 small oranges, separated into sections (3/4 pounds)
- 3 cups pineapple chunks in juice, chilled reserving juice (1 1/2 of 20oz can)
- 1 12 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
- Cut 1 cup of pineapple chunks in half.
- Add all the fruit to bowl.
- In another bowl mix yogurt, honey and juice for dressing.
- Pour over fruit and mix.
- Put 1 lettuce leaf in bottom of each bowl and serve fruit salad on leaf.
