Grown up Expresso Cocoa

  1. Sit two coffee mugs out.
  2. In each cup dissolve 1 1/2 teaspoons of coffee into 1/2 cup hot water.
  3. Add 1/2 cup chocolate liquer and 1/4 cup amaretto.
  4. add pepper and maple syrup.
  5. Using a good quality maple syrup in this is key.
